Morvin Landis is the company owner and craftsman. He has over 12 years of experience with custom trim and over 7 years in custom stair installation and fabrication.
Morvin takes serious pride in his work and enjoys spending time in his wood working shop. When he isn’t busy fabricating your orders, he is dreaming up more designs. Passing on a quality work ethic to his three children is important. On weekends, you can find his oldest son helping in the shop where he can and also can see the younger two children learning to use a hammer, screw driver, and sander while working on their own project along side their dad.

Quality Guarantee
We guarantee that the custom stair parts you order and receive will be free of defects such as splinters or divots, knots or holes, or burn holes from the routers. All of our custom made stair parts are ready for easy install and finish. We do not offer refunds or returns if you (the customer) decide you do not like the product, ordered the wrong size, did not like the wood selected.
Ordering and Paying
All order are custom made at the time of payment. This ensures that you get the best product and best fit for your stairs. Since our policy is to make sure you get the best custom crafted stair product for your stairs, it will take up 10-12 business days for our products to ship.
We ship from Greer, SC and although we cannot guarantee how long it takes for you to receive an item after it has shipped. We use Fed Ex for all shipments and it usually takes it 5-7 business days to ship cross country. We do provide tracking information for all packages shipped through Fed Ex once the package has shipped.
Rush Orders
Although, we cannot always expedite the completion of orders in the shop, to be fair to the customers who have ordered before you, we do take requests for this as a case by case basis. Depending on the time frame, expedited orders will usually have an expediting fee.
If we cannot expedite your order in the shop, or if you want it even faster yet, just contact us and we can give you expedited shipping rates as well.
